When a customer or user is asked to fill in a form that gathers personal data, he/she will be informed about: the identity of the person/entity responsible for the file, the contact details of the Data Protection Officer, the purposes for which the data is processed, the recipients of the information, the period during which the data will be kept and of his/her power to exercise the rights under the data protection regulations. In the event that it is necessary to obtain the client or user’s consent, we will request and obtain it under the requirements of the mentioned legislation.

BuildingCenter will respond to requests within the legal timeframe. In the event that the customer or user is not satisfied with the exercise of his/her rights, he/she may lodge a complaint before the competent supervisory authority. Furthermore, he/she is informed about the possibility to contact the Data Protection Officer in BuildingCenter, by postal mail addressed to C/Pintor Sorolla 2-4, 46002 (Valencia).
